Orders & Downloads

1. How do I download my digital stickers or prints?
After checkout, you will see a download link on the confirmation page and receive an email with your files. Click the link to save your items instantly.

2. Can I buy both digital and physical versions of a design?
Yes. Most designs are available as both instant digital downloads and physical stickers. Just select your preferred version on the product page (or choose both!).

3. Do you offer custom or made-to-order designs?
Not at this time. Most products are pre-made collections. Custom requests are limited due to my schedule.

Shipping & Delivery

4. When will my physical stickers ship?
Orders ship via USPS Ground within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.

5. How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping. International shipping times vary by location.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All stickers and sticker sheet orders ship free.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I use USPS for all international orders for reliability. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted as detailed at thedesignscribe.com/return-policy. Please check the site for full details or reach out with questions.

9. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email me at molly@thedesignscribe.com with your order details. I will reply within my support hours: 9 am–noon, Monday–Friday.

Product Info & Care

10. Where are your products made?
Most stickers, notebooks, bookmarks and notepads are made in-house. Some items (like tote bags and mouse pads) are print-on-demand or sourced from trusted suppliers.

11. How do I care for my stickers and desk accessories?
Stickers: Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Most are water-resistant but not dishwasher-safe.
Desk accessories: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.

12. Are your stickers waterproof?
We try to buy high quality, waterproof vinyl stickers. That said, sometimes things happen and stickers can be damaged. We recommend avoiding water as often as possible, but we are hoping our stickers can hold up to your water bottle. Avoid the dishwasher and try handwashing over stickers only.

13. How does the “Buy 4, Get 1 Free” sticker deal work?
Add any 5 physical stickers to your cart—the lowest-priced one is free. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

14. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Not at this time. All products are sold individually.
